Project Overview

Louvre

The Problem

« Many visitors at the Louvre—especially foreign tourists and first-time attendees – struggle to find their way and don’t know where to begin when faced with 380,000 objects and 35,000 artworks. In addition, the most famous pieces are constantly surrounded by large crowds mainly seeking photo opportunities. This leads to long waiting times, a frustrating experience, and prevents true art enthusiasts from fully enjoying these masterpieces.»

(1)

Lack of itinerary variety and personalization

Most applications offer only a limited selection of tour routes—typically around three options—and do not provide personalized itineraries based on the user’s preferences.

(2)

Lack of itinerary variety and personalization

The available apps generally include only a few predefined routes, without adapting the experience to different user interests, visit duration, or preferred themes.

(3)

Lack of itinerary variety and personalization

Applications fail to offer customized tours that consider users’ tastes, mobility, or the artworks they want to prioritize, resulting in a generic and less engaging experience.
